The new Landlord Portal will be available at https://baltimorecounty.myhousing.com/Account/Login. This tool will allow landlords with tenants on the Baltimore County Office of Housing, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program to review information pertaining to housing assistance payments, tenant information, scheduled/completed inspections, and tax forms at your convenience.
